Shift Management

What it does

• Shows active and past staff shift activity.
• Lets managers review activity waves and staff records.
• Keeps normal staff from changing manager-only shift data.

How to configure it

1. Open Configure → Shift System.
2. Turn the Shift System on.
3. Set Staff Team roles for people who can go on shift.
4. Set Management roles for people who can open Shift Management.
5. Open Server Management → Shift Management.

Good to know

• Only configured shift staff should appear in activity lists.
• Bots and random administrators should not show as shift staff unless they have the right staff role.

Common check

If something does not work, check these first: Horizon has the needed Discord permissions, the bot role is high enough, the channel still exists, and the right staff roles are selected in Configure.
